Default Vfn Gp?

Hi Guys..
I have recieved a few inquiries within the last few days about having another gp for the board...
so is anyone interested?
We can offer the same discount that we always have, this would be as follows:

$75.00 off the list price of any speciality hoods - WS6 (stock and 4" sizes) and our 3" SS style hoods.....

$35.00 off the list price of any other hoods that we make - such as stock style, cowl induction, etc.....

these discounts would apply to both pin on (non hinged) and bolt on applications....

If interested, please respond back to this thread with the hood that you would be interested in....
We would need a minimum of 10 customers to complete the gp.....
We generally keep a list of customers who are interested in the gp and start producing hoods once the list starts....once we get 10 or more guys on the list, we will start contacting the customers for payment info....the time frame for your order will vary depending on your place on the list - could vary from 2-5 weeks....please keep in mind that we are a small production shop and generally do not keep these items in stock and ready to go....we would need to make these hoods...also taxes, shipping and crating charges would be additional (if applicable).
The cut-off date for this gp (to get onto the list) will be August 2nd.
Also we will not offer this gp to any go-between business (middle men who would like to make money from this offer).....

One more thing before i go....this would be a good opportunity for you guys to purchase a hood....especially at these prices...Unfortunately due to our material prices increasing at alarming rates (almost on a monthly basis), we will have a price increase on August 15th....any orders recieved on or after this date will have the higher prices....We are sorry for any inconvience this may cause, but we have not increased our pricing structure in the last few years, and it is getting harder for us to absorb all the increases....
Please contact me with any questions...

Thanks.
Jeanie

Cool...

If shipped, there would be a $20.00 crating charge added to the price of the hood....
We strongly recommend to either have the hood delivered to a business address or to pickup at the nearest freight terminal - which we can help locate for you. Doing this will save you an additional residental delivery charge that ranges between $60-$75.00...

Approx. freight to a business or terminal address for zip codes - 29715 and 36117 would range between $70-$85.00 and Approx. freight charges to a home address would range between $150-$170.00..
The freight on both zips would fall between the same range as you are both in the same shipping zone.

Thanks.

Thanks for the reply.

Was there a $20.00 crating charge in the past GPs?

What is the estimated delivery time once the 10 has been reached?

No problem..
The crating charge was added to the other gp's also....
The estimated time frame will be between 2-5 weeks before shipping once the 10 is met....the time would vary - if you are early to get onto the list, the wait time is shorter.....
we do make these upon order, but we will start putting these hoods into production as everyone posts on the board, to help keep the waiting time down to a minimum.

Thanks.

Hi Joe.
The same crating charge would apply - $20.00...
Because you are located in the southern states, you would fall in the same pricing catagory as the approx. charges above....

You would not need to do anything at this point.
I am collecting the items to a list so that our production manager has an idea of what is needed.
Once we get the minimum (10) guys on the list, I will give an email (pm) to everyone so that we can talk about payment...
The wait time is about 2-5 weeks depending on your placement on the list.....which you guys are the first three....
We will try to make these hoods as they are listed so to keep everyone's wait time down to a minimum.
Thanks!!

I need a stock-style flat bolt-on hood for my 98 Z. Shipping to 29627. As long as I can get it shipped to a terminal for under $400 I'm in.

Hi.
It would be close (to be honest), may fall a few dollars over....
With the discount of $35.00, the price on a stock bolt on hood would be $320.00.
There would be the $20.00 crating added to the above price, then shipping would fall in the same catagories as above - between $70-$85.00 and to a home address would fall between $150-$170.00.
Thanks.

This is correct...
but please keep in mind, that the $325.00 hood is extended to the windshield...we designed this hood for racing, so it will not allow you to use your windshield wipers...and will effect your overall visability.
The 4" Ram Air hood (non extended) is $480.00 0 before the discount.
Thanks.

Sorry but going by your web site the regular pin on hood is only 325 then you subtract 75 for the discount.

the 4 inch pin on extended is more expensive at 385 - the 75 please

am I right here these are taken right off your site.

I already have your 4 inch bolt on hood but sold it due to wanting a pin on let me know.

Jeanie, I cant seem to get into your site, maybe cuz I am in Afghanistan, but I remember looking before and liked the 2" cowl. Is this finished on the underside? Also, do you have a Ultra Z style hood?

Please reply with prices so I can order too thank you.

Hi.
I appologize that you cannot get into the site....it is up (was just on a few minutes ago)...
The bolt on version is not completely finished on the underside....The frame is finished (like the topside) but the actual middle of the hood is not gelcoated.....it is still paintable, but would have a bit texture to it....The price on this would be $385.00 (before the discount)....
Sorry but we do not offer the ultra z style hood....
If shipped, to Hawaii, I would approx. the freight to around $260.00 - we have shipped hoods to this location recently and I believe this was the price range they fell into...
Thanks!!
