Must sell ASAP: Forged 408 for forced induction There's been a change of plans with the shop car after some unfortunate events and we need to sell this motor ASAP. All parts are BRAND NEW. This motor has never been in a car and has never had heads installed on it.
As it sits right now its a shortblock and includes the following:
6.0l iron block bored to 4.030
4.000" Callies Crank
Eagle 6.100" H-Beam Rods with ARP L19 rod bolts
Custom Diamond pistons (more details below)
ARP L19 Head studs
ARP Main Studs
Clevite bearings all around (all bearings are coated)
All machine work and assembly was done by Automotive Machine (same people who used to do AP Engineering's work until they got their own machines)
The details of the Diamond pistons are:
-24 CC dish
Hardened H13 piston pin (.927)
Ceramic coating on piston tops
Moly coating on skirts
Pro Select piston ring set
Support rails
Single Spirolox
The motor was built for 8.5:1 compression with 69CC heads and we were planning on over 1000rwhp with it.
$5950 + shipping for the motor or local pickup. Shipping will be via freight and will be ~$100 to $150 depending where you are located. Immediate shipping is available.
I also have many other parts available for the motor if you need them such as: front/rear covers, sensors, oil pan/pump, etc.
