427 Iron Block - Only the Best Components - Ready to Ship!
We've got a brand new (never run) 427 Iron Shortblock ready to ship! This is the perfect block for a 427 build up in a project car/truck or any '98 - '02 LS1 Camaro / '97 - '04 Corvette including the Z06. This block will also work very well in any late model GMC/Chevy truck or H2 Hummer. Below is a listing of the components and specifications of this awesome street/strip engine:
- GM 6.0 Liter Iron Block
- Lunati 4340 Forged Steel Stroker Crankshaft
- Lunati Pro Billet I-Beam Rods
- Wiseco Pistons with Ceramic/Teflon Coating on the tops and skirts
- Total Seal Rings
- Clevite Bearings
- ARP Main Studs
Bore: 4.080"
Stroke: 4.080"
Compression Ratio: 9.8 to 1 with 6.0L Truck heads (higher with LS1, LS6 or 5.3 truck heads). Only the best parts were used in this block. Camshaft, oil pump, timing chain set, etc. are not included with this block.
We'll sell this block for less than we've got in it - $4,900.00 plus truck freight shipping to your door.
We accept Visa, MC, Discover, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders and if you're interested, please give myself or Jeff a call at (281) 870-8787 and we can work out the details.
Thanks and best regards,
David Coates

I have never seen one go to 4.080 . 4.060 would be streching it.
