Hi guys. think that we can help you out with this. we can offer the same deal we did with the previous gp. The way this worked was, guys who were interested would call or email their name and phone number to be put on a list. Once we recieved 10 definate orders, we would contact the customers to process the order. At this time, we would need billing info, ect...and it would be normal production time from that point. The orders would be processed according to the numerical order on the list - but any guys who wished to add onto the list after the first 10 guys could also recieve the gp price. We could honor this for a 30 day period, starting when/if you confirm this.
There would be a $75.00 discount given to the hoods ordered, but only the speciality hoods would be available with this discount - ramair/ws6/ss; sorry but we would not be able to honor this price on our other items as they are lower in price.

So, a 3" bolt on SS hood would be $500? ($575-$75=$500) I live in northern Illinois, so I am local, so no shipping. What kind of turnaround time do you have? I may be interested, I'll keep an eye if this looks like its gonna happen before I commit....

This is correct, but the price would be a little higher since you live in IL., we would have to charge tax (7.25%). What we will do is start running some hoods though now, so we should have some here once this goes thru....so waiting time will vary, but anywhere from a week to 4 weeks depending on how many guys order these. Hi guys.
After speaking with you over the phone, we spoke with the owner and we can give $30.00 off the price of flat and cowl hoods. But this is only good on bolt on hoods, not the pin (lift-off) versions.

Okay guys, let's not get us into trouble here...you are more then welcome to pickup your hood once it is finished, but we have to charge tax on any customers who either live in Illinois or pickup at our shop - sorry...
On the question about the SS style hoods....our hoods are pretty light. A pin on version weighs about 12lbs and a bolt on 25lbs. We offer a raised version of the stock SS hood - ours is about 3" in height.
Please let me know when you guys are ready to put your names on the list for the gp.

sure we have an employee who installs hoods for customers. He normally does this after work on Tuesday, Thursdays and some Saturdays. The price for the install is $50.00. He has done several installs on customer's hoods -ws6,SS,flat, cowl, ect...he is very familiar with the hoods and does a great job.
If you decide for him to do the install, just let us know at the time of order, we can mark the order and when your hood is ready we can schedule a time/date that is convient for both of you.
We currently have 2 guys on our list...just to keep you updated.
