281's crazy saturday well guys ..damn interesting night ..drove out to fontana..crowded as a bitch got one run in murdered a civic he ran something like 16.30 to my 14.47 @ 99 dont laugh now ...launched off idle ,street tires,pretty much my first damn run ! but anyways so i completely killed this civic after hes revving int he lanes waiting like its fasst pssh..
earlier that day....driving to the track im on side streets come to a red with a new m3 not sure if it was m6 or paddle but to my surprise i held him off through third!! up to at least 80 or so ...afterwards he asked if i was stock thinking it wa sa stock cobra which it looks like i say naw"gt with 3'73's " hes like oh and i could tell he felt real dumb and was on his way ..sure glad he spent 50k on that dimepiece ...i also took out my friend with a98 cobra with 4'10 gears ...simply he just cant hang ..top of third im a nose ahead ..into fourth im pulling slowly ...then the worst a SRT 4 ...all riced out loud as **** turbo i dunno ...so im leaving the track he rolls by gives me a bov salute then waits for me so i catch up ready to smoke this kid ...so as i said i slow down and as i get ready to line up this jack *** just goes wot ! so i follow suit but by that time i had started in the wrong gear/speed and blah blah he was a typical ricer flew up ahead and rather then try the red light he goes left
so what can i do ? well sory for the long post but ill give you guys some times i saw yesterday ...z06 running 12.81 ....couple maros running low 13's ....more than few imports on slicks running low 13's ..i was pleased i was the quickest stang i saw while i was there and i only ran once ..hehe i saw a roush running 14.80's and some other in that range ..sucks for them

Re: 281's crazy saturday Good kill. My friend ran 14.4's in his 99 gt, all he has a shifter, subframes, and ultraflow catback. He was pissed, he expected 14.1's~13.9's. The track conditions were **** though. It rained a little that day. He was sideways clear through the 60 ft.

Re: 281's crazy saturday sorry bro it was a last minute thing ...you should be glad you didnt go it was soo crowded and i only ran once it was the last weekend until next month i think so ill be down to go again ..need to save for some slicks for my stocker 16 's

Re: 281's crazy saturday 60 foot was horrible ....like lt1plus said i was sideways/spinng through 2nd and chirped third sooo it sucked but my mph was pretty high so im happy with the right suspension i could get into the 12's as it sits
