I don't know which Eibachs but people who usually just have the lowering **** tend to run worst 60's. I was doing like 1.68x with a bone stock suspension. No where near as good as you obviously.

I would rather have a stiff spring that takes the energy from the launch to plant my tires into the ground rather than a soft spring that takes the energy from the launch and makes the rear of the car squat instead of loading the tires.

I feel bad for people like you that think a bolt-on/geared 2v is easy prey and then they get drug down the track

They are pretty easy to drive so the driver mod isn't really a factor .

The 2v get a bad rap from there stock- light bolt ons.THERE SLOW My neighbors was 02 GT Full bolt ons 4.10 geared 3^^^stalled I admit it was quik. He beat some dude i went to school with in his 04 MACH 1 5spd CAI, . I really don't like the 2v platform but THEY CAN BE FAST.

Yeah mine wasn't my first, second, third, fourth, or fifth choice... but since I bought it with all the mods it wasn't too bad. LTs and 4.10s were gonna be the next step.

OK. OK. OK. My buddy just installed a set of custom cams. He has all of the "Bolt-On's" to go with it. He dynoed @ 318 rwhp. 332ft.lbs. For starting with 231 rwhp, thats not bad. He runs 12.40's all day @ 111---Bracket car---
He has seen 11.80's in the 115 range with a 125shot.
Point is...Ls1's are bad ***...look in my sig. A stock or near stock ls1 is going to get his ego popped if he takes his 2v lightly----from a dig.

From a roll with the 4.10's, the car hits the rev limiter @ 115-120 in 4th. After that anything can walk it.

MOST mustang owners put a cat back and think that the louder it is, the faster it is. They are just ignorant. So for that....I apologize for my brothers.

Thats because Ford automatics suck. They have terrible gear ratios and shift like crap. I'd say well over 75% of the Mustang GT's I see are manual, nobody buys an auto Mustang to go fast, people know they suck. On the other hand, automatic F-bodys are much more common, and are close to as fast as their manual counterparts.

IN 4th, about 115 with 4.10's. Never tested top speed with 4.10's

With the stock 3.27's, I have seen 145-150 once. Speed limiter.

His Gt was a factory freak. He ran 13.7-8's with his DR's on (didnt have them at the time i raced him). Also i mentioned that after second gear i started to pull and he shut down.

A bolt on mustang is fully capable of hanging with a LS1 til about 2nd.

Btw the 02 GT i raced had drag springs, and i wouldnt be suprised if he could of hit a 1.6-7 60ft on the street. He launched harder than most awd vehicles i saw.

I talked to friend after and he says he launches around 4500 rpms. That will get you off the line. Its hard to hang with stock 245's.

3 times?..wow.

Yeah, if he jsut got it...there is some learning to do there. Mach's generally take some time to get used to. The shift points are different that GTs, and take a tad more finese to launch..well, only if you don't know how to feather the clutch. LOL BTW - what color is it, and what does it look like (anythign noticable). I've seen a few machs in town and wondering if I've seen him.

It took me about 2 months to really get the launch loss of traction down on my Z28 M6 . He's a good driver too so hejust needed the seat time. Its 2004 mach 1 hugger orange I think he lives in clovis now. He said he was gonna super-charge it.

Both are manuel. Obvously 2v vs 4v big difference. mine only has suspension, cai, cat back and some fat a$$ tires. But not for long puttin a blower and forging it beging of next year

that has nothing to do with the amount of valves. Only gear and the rpms of engine.

I know the amount of valves have nothin to do with where it shifts didnt mean for it to come off that way. Was just makin reference that the 32v is a whole diffrent beast from the 16v.
