Default 300zx vs Caddy Brougham

So I'm driving home on the interstate in my 1991 Cadillac Brougham, stock as a rock with the 350 TBI Chevy under the hood. I come up on a early 90's 300zx. I've always liked those cars, thought they looked sick.

So I start to mess with him a little, speed up, slow down, etc. He finally decides he's game and we both punch it at 70mph and wind it out to 100mph. I got a slight jump on him, but get this, he isn't pulling, we are both dead even

I know he had to be the non-turbo model, but I thought even those were somewhat quick. Maybe he couldn't drive and put it in 4th instead of 3rd or something. Or maybe it wasn't running right.

^I'd love to do a build up on my Cadillac. Although I think I'd have to go the LSx route, not much potential with that TBI unless you rip it off and go carb. For a big old boat, its pretty light too, only 4200lbs.

I looked it up, a 2009 Tahoe is about 5200lbs, a 2008 Benz S550 is 4465lbs, and my car is more than a foot longer than both of those. A dang Shelby Mustang GT500 is 3900lbs, and a basic 2009 reg cab/short box Chevy work truck is 4500lbs.
