Yes just want to look kool..ha ha ha...It's ll good and Id be lying if looking "kool" wasnt a part of why I like NSX's and Vipers...But nsx's handle amazingly well and have a world wide reputation for their handling...Vipers have amazing torque and have a world wide reputation for that as well...

Sexy cars that each do somthing amazingly well..

I will say this though...In day to day driving I have a lot more fun with the slow amazing handling car than I did with the big tourque /power cars..

Big power gets you into trouble fast with the po po or a wall...he he he..So you dont use it very often...Awesome handling is somthing you use everywhere..

Im thinking of keeping the nsx and having a 2003 SRT10 vert viper..They can be had for as low as 39K now for the 25K plus mile silver 2003...Only silver is that low...Not sore why???

If you're just looking for sex appeal...there are cheaper cars that look better. I won't argue that your car probably handles really well, but for the price you paid for it I could make my f-body handle like a dream. To each his own, but that's JMO.

Not surprising as supras suck in general..

the race...

- NA 400 hp car takes the supra at a 50 mph roll and is in front till 70 mph

-supra builds boost and zooms in font by 1 car at 80 mph

-supra changes gears at 90 mph and falls back 3 cars while NA car switches gears and builds power quickly

-NA 400 hp car keeps 3 car lead till 110 mph where supra builds boost and gets back by his door

-Supra and 400 NA car side by side at 110 mph with supra putting on a 2 car lead by 130 mph

-Supra and NA car change gears and the supra falls back 3 cars while trying to build boost and NA 400 HP car builds power quickly and widens gap to 4 cars

-from 130 mph till 150 mph NA 400 hp car in front and lets off at 150 mph

-Supra owner says ..Man I was running you down hard and was gonna pass you like nonthing..Why'd you let off?

-It is what it is and by 150 mph I was still 2 cars in front

-Supra guy tells everyone how much faster his car REALLY is and how he wasnt boostin high

I don't remember that one.

But I do remember the 400 hp C5 vs BPU Supra with 430 rwhp. I don't think you won at any time on that. I remember seeing the Supra pull you by 2 cars at least. You even turned your headlights off so that you could get more aerodynamic.

That was a 378 rwhp automatic C5 with 2.73 gears vrs a 430 rwhp manual supra..But yes I did loose...

The story I wrote up above is just my make beleave version of what I beleave would happen based off my personal experiance...

I seem to remember one supra that had 400-450 hp that I raced in my vette that I beat so bad I let off cas I thought somthing as wrong with his car. It was a white supra if I remember correctly...Muhawahawaaaaaaaa

But in retrospect I believe that's the same reason you sold the vette.

Me you and our wives go to a nice dinner at Outback steakhouse. I drive my Stock NSX and you drive your modded C5 Vette with "378" rwhp. We go outside and two guys come up to us and start asking me about the NSX. 5 minutes go buy and they leave.. with.. "Oh yeah.. nice vette."
You reply with "Thanks for the bone"

We leave and we drive home. On our way back we race and you can't pull away from my car.. In fact I beat you and you can't believe it.

So.. would that mean that the vette sucks cause it got beat by probably a 260-270 rwhp NSX? no. But you sold that thing 2 weeks later and got the viper.. and we all know how that story ended don't we.

But I love my cars. all of them.

Our rivalry is on pause till you get your viper..

Cause you already know what my NSX taillights look like.
