01 WS6 vs 03 Cobra *Vids*

Aftermarket pulleys usually look different. They are usually a two piece design, but if there was one that looked like the stock pulley I guess you would have to measure to see if its the same diameter or not. If he was running a pulley and didn't have an auxilary idler it would more than likely have some wicked belt slip.

That's actually pretty much dead on from what i can tell. Ive raced an 03/04 Cobra w/ exhaust when i was stock and it looks about the same.

My guess: Stage 19 ported blower, lower pulley, 350 hit of the juice, and 4.56 gears ohh and a mini tub with 335's
my question to op is, why'd you sell the other car and buy this one? when the other one was bolt-on stalled and ran just fine didnt it?
this one has some worn rear gears and not full bolt ons

The vid looks right to me for claimed mods based on my personal experiences and what I've heard. That being said, if it really is trapping 116 then I don't see how it could be just a catback. Also, did someone say it's a vert? Definitely somthing up. I agree with pony that it may be catback, midpipe, drop in, and tuned. As was stated before, there are other mods than a pulley that will gain decent power on these cars.

If you guys knew what it takes to swap a lower pulley (major PITA) instead of just slap on an upper, you would know there is no lower.
I would bet on a Terminator vs a 2010SS. On paper they look very close though. I rememeber when guys called Cobras pigs (3500lbs SRA- 3650lbs IRS). We need a whole new word for a 3900lb Camaro. Hippo?

Then I have a hard time believing it's a true catback only. Ask him to open up the filter housing.
midpipe, catback, dropin and tune will net a good ~410 or so RWHP/TQ and look stock.

All these new cars are heavy:
Camaro and GT500 = 3900 lbs or close to it.
Challenger = 4100 lbs
The Terminators ain't such pigs anymore.
