The outcome in those videos doesn't surprise me.
Evos and STIs are very mod friendly.
I had a slightly modded 2005 Evo before and it was pretty quick.
My buddy still has a very modified STI and it is a beast.
With that said I would still rather have a stock ZO6 Vette over an overbuilt, over boosted Evo or STI anyday.
The ZO6 with it's 11 sec 1/4 miles and 190+ mile per hour top speed is fast enough for me.
Heck I would even be happy with a clean, low mileage, unmolested, regular C6Vette.
It's all about the overall driving experience to me.
