Right now I am running the stock 90000 mile shortblock, stock exhaust manifolds, stock heads, stock cams. The stock Mach pistons and rods are the weak spot on my motor. I have pushed it as far as I can. I have a built shortblock in the garage that will be going in as soon as I aquire the following:
Tubular K-frame
Long tube headers
60lb injectors
8 rib pulley setup
New blow off valve
Comp stage II blower cams
Ported heads.
Soon as I get that together it is all going in at once. Boost is going to the 17-20lb range. Shooting for 650-700 rwhp. I WANT NINES! And working AC.

Depends on the person really. I'd take 90 deg. with 80%+ humidity over dry heat. I can't stand the sun beaming and glaring down on me like a freakin' desert.

I knew you'd post that. Ya dickweed.
He wasn't being serious, but thanks for the kind words. I can't say I blame anyone for wanting a job that doesn't have the risk of dying. The fact that I spent 21 years in the military doesn't make me better than anyone who gets up everyday and does the job he/ she is paid to do. I chose to do it and I was paid for it.

Me thinks Pony has never been to the South East coast.
In the middle of summer last year my g/f and I went to the top of the highest mountain in this state (and highest point in the south east for that matter). It was still almost 90 degrees but there was 0 humidity at the top. It felt like we had walked into a A/C filled room compared to the bottom where it was 90's and humid as hell.
Not sure what any of this has to do with Viper racing, but....yea

However, don't think we don't get high heat and high humidity over here. I am 45 minutes from the mountains which is always 85-95 with high humidity and we have known to have a few weeks in summer that are the same way. not saying it's the same thing, but i'm no stranger to it.
