the reason for more 3v power is not vct. vct is locked out on cammed 3v. the port dynamics, combustion chamber, and no#.1 is the intake manifold is the best ever on a ford. makes power at 6600-7000.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding you, but I was refering to stock block with a blower. That's not a cammed 3V.
