2000 Trans Am (On Bottle) vs. Camo Turbo Civic with Boost and on race fuel. Owner said he makes 380 to the wheels, but we found out he was lying to us. He supposedly makes more around 450 and was on the bottle as well. Just what people said that know him and the car.

He was trying to break boost in this video that's why he kept starting at our fender and not side by side but he said lets go so we hooked and on 3 left his ***. Guess he thought with all the mods he had he thought it would have been a easy win for him, Guess not.

Trans Am 1, Turbo Civic 0. Moral of this story, keep the Honda as a Daily Driver not your race car.

We were running a 175 shot this night. And he raced a few times before this one, so im sure his engine was heat soaked epically with that turbo.

dont think he is pushing 450whp. at that HP and how light they are they scream on the topend. and you yanked him like nothing.

He seemed like a shady guy so I cant say. Its all just here say. Regardless we did not get beat by a civic. He raced a GTO on spray that we spanked before this race by 5 cars. But we were the only ones that pulled this guy, so we were happy.

honda guys never run nitrous with turbo, total bs.

probably a 300hp civic. he didnt even break traction.

I'm with this guy, I'm not saying the op is be untruthful, I'm saying the civic guy is. i had a del sol with a small turbo, on pump gas, and only like 14-15psi and i would spin till half way thru third, and i would never even think of running nitrous and turbo. with the way FWD cars suspension is set up you cant fit a very wide tire on the wheels that are doin all the work.

Yes I know the camo civic. He had that thing up for sale for along time. It makes 425whp. He asked me to run him 2 weeks ago for money...

Yeah thats what we heard it was 415 to 440hp but thanks for clearing it up. My buddy's that went to 2k10 saw this down there. So we knew it ran pretty good for a Honda!
