99 Trans Am vs 04 Lightning I was going to school this morning and this lightning had been behind me the whole way..I hit the throttle a few times to let him know i saw him and I was willing to play. All of a sudden he comes lfying past me and once I chase him down and traffic is open i rolled up on him and he nails it at about 70 so once I see him go i hit it..after getting the jump on me he put my front end to his front tire..hit 4th in my auto and pulled back by him by about 100...was a quick race but alot of fun. Really nice looking grey 04 lightning too.

Thanks everybody..looked like he had put some drop shackles or sometihng on the back cause it didnt look as jacked up as normal, but still damn nice and quick truck. Wish we could have got a good 30 to 110 run in.

Yeah it was runnin pretty strong after i rolled up on him I figured he might honk it off but he nailed it and I lucked up with a quick reflex and hit it before he could do any damage 
.

This is my second in counter...ran a guy with a 01 in town thats a real ******* and after beating him the first and him screwing me on the second run to beat me by 1 car he went and told everyoen he destryoed me twice. What an *******.

4th with stock gears sound come about 130 or so...my car with 3.73s is 1st 44 2nd 77 3rd 126 4th...
U sure it wasent shifting into third?

I was thinking with my 3.23's after i went past 90 or 95 the after that speed that shift was putting me in 4th...just a brainfart i guess..Ive never been past like 135 in my car when should it shift to 4th around there?

I dont know if that lightning had anything done cause im in the low 13's so if he was pullied and chipped i prolly would have had a little more problem realing him in after he hit it.
