against a car that traps like 105mph yea, but i wasnt very impressed.....what kind of exhaust on the G8? long tubes?

My G8 in that vid traps 107s... not impressive but respectable for a 2 ton sedan with minor mods. I run 13.3 all day in 1/4 because I can't hook up on these street tires for crap. But she loves a slow roll from 20mph.

Damn, how heavy was that cameraman? LOL, TA loses both races when he's in it, and then the TA looks like it slightly nosed the G8 both races the cameraman was in the G8.

Sweet runs though...those G8's really wake up with bolt ons, and they are sweet looking cars too.

Lol the camera guy was 170-180lbs, it is just the TA was taking off a little early in the last two vids. You can hear him hit the gas and see he is rolling into before the third honk. I think I'll need this camera guy mod in all my opponents cars going forward...

 

What? Re-watch the vids again. The last 2 runs where I was in the G8 it was really close, but the G8 was reeling him in. By the way I weigh 180lbs.

 

If we trim that dew of yours we can probably get you down to 165 lol

 

Ahh, ok. My volume was a little low and I couldn't hear the TA taking off a little early. Makes sense now! And I didn't mean any harm by that statement, just thought it was funny that the camera car looked to be the losing one each race!

Wow, new cars are TEH awesome. I'll agree that the G8 is a hot looking car-right up there with the WS6 and, dare I say it, the last GTO. Good runs too, that thing can move. Now if you don't mind I'm going back to 1999 where the T/A and I were king...
