Raced a 03/04 Cobra I was drivin around town, when a white cobra pulled up next to me. He asked if it was stock, I said yea and laughed a little. He said lets run. Ok I said from a dig. He said sure.
So we are heading to a back road to do this. We are doing about 50 and he wants to run. I put it and 2 and he honks. I jump out about a car and when I shif to 3 he pulls next to me and thats were we stay until 130.
We get to the dig, he is bitching about my car not being stock. I just heat up the tire and he does the same.
The first race he got me bad I spun way to much. I just let off
The second race I pulled about 7 or 8 car to 130.
The third race I pulled about 5 or 6 to 130.
He said his mods were tune, cold air and cat back.
my mods are in my sig.
The ? is can my car beat a cobra with them mods.?

What does your car run at the track?
I raced a stockish one from a roll and he beat me by about 2 cars.
I was in a full bolt-on M6 fbody..
I raced a exhaust/CAI M6 LS2 GTO and beat him on a roll...
Somethings just not adding up here. Either he's the worlds worst driver or its a 99/01.. But thats not something that should notmally happen.

12.76 at 110 and a 1.98 60ft on street tires. before the 100 shot. I have a tune now i thought i put that in my mods.
I have a 100 shot but the bottle was out of the car at the time.

Stock cobra's run around a 12.7-12.8... See where I'm going with this? You must have raced the worlds worst driver then. I could see if you sprayed against him, but I'm just not seeing you being ahead by 7-8 cars with a half way decent driver.

My car is about 3400 with me in it. How much does a cobra weigh. I put down 372wrhp and 352wrtq on the dyno and 3400lbs(I should win with just this right) I am hoping for the low 12's know, off the bottle and high 11's with it.
the 12.7 is with out the weight out and tune and nitto 555. I juess I need to tell more about the car......sorry guys.

I'm not usually one to back up fords but that cobra driver must have been drunk and stoned, I have several friends with 6 liter GTO's and they are no where near the terminator cobra performance wise.
