Its like comparing a chinese watch to a rolex. Do they both tell time?? Yep. And thats there the similarities end.
I bet the GTR is NASA approved for space though....

I'm not saying other cars can't keep up, but I'm saying you can put slicks on a stock vette and with a good driver it will murder the track. Honda's, mustangs, camaro's, trans ams, blah blah needs serious upgrades to compete. same with the srt10 vipers. They will murder with nothing but slicks. They are light and have 500 hp, what more do you need?

I will admit though, that evo's can put up a good fight...Sti's and wrx's however, understeer like a **** and aren't really that good at anything but street racing from a dig.

Damn man, you really have no reading comprehension. He was saying that the Viper and the Corvette were in the same league, in the fact that they perform extremely well with only minimal suspension/tire changes. Try reading his post again, slower this time.

Irunelevens, I think killemall is referring to Tegs post about how he went to the autox events with vettes on slicks and the hondas evos and mustangs were in the top times?

I really don't think so, though you did give him an "out" now. If you're going to respond to a person from another page, usually their post ends up getting quoted. He didn't quote anything, just responded after this;

I don't think he understood that what was said about the Viper was the same thing said about Corvettes. He thought Ryan was grouping the Viper with the "Honda's, mustangs, camaro's, trans ams, blah blah," so he responded with this;

Which means he totally didn't get what was said. Notice how he spent the whole post claiming Viper-dominance over the Corvette.

Actually Vipers don't suck at all. Vipers use venom to immobilize or kill their prey. The venom is modified saliva, delivered through fangs. The fangs of 'advanced' venomous snakes like viperids and elapids are hollow to inject venom more effectively. Therefore vipers don't suck at all. If anything vipers blow.

Ooops, I thought we were talking about reptiles. On closer inspection it seems we are speaking of dodge's. Or would that be dodgei? I just took the most recent post and made my rebuttal as I wasn't going to spend half my day reading through the last 10 pages that I missed. It will never happen again my friends. Carry on and good day.

Meanwhile, an Enzo owner located somewhere in the world, is silently chuckling to himself over this debate.

what's a herpatologist? Is that someone that studies herpes? If that is the case then sadly I am not. Sounds like a good gig though.

Nah in all seriousness I looked it up on wikipedia. Just thought I'd throw that out for some bulletin board comic relief. I'm a healthcare systems consultant as my profession.

studier of reptiles. I was a specialist a LOOOOOOONG time ago..Kool gig. I was a manager for a pet store but my one nd only job was to handle reptiles and scorpions/tarantulas. I did nothing but read and learn. But when you have to train an 6 foot long iguana with a 3.5 foot loong tail with spikes to sop wipping customers (and you) then you study a lot.

Or force feeding baby red tail Boa's..or takeing in the (baby) 6 foot long anaconda....4 foot long Savannah monitors. 6.5 foot long agressive water monitors....

I loved the job as I really enjoy reptiles and had many differant Large lizards as pets. Some were so big during the summer months I would put leashes on them and walk them like dogs..

Anyways Im wayyyyyy off subject...race any turbo s2000's lately? I did.
