It's not that hard. Find 5 other 2v's with similar mod's in your area. Take video of you racing them. Then you actually have some basis of proof that you can pull anything on a lightly mod 2v.

He also got a 1-2 car jump on my car, and as you can see the LS1 passed him pretty easily. A few people even said that the 2 valve in those vids ran a lot harder than any they had ever seen.
