I still have a hard time believing your car is what you say it is. Did the FRC have LS6 heads and LS6 cam, or LS6 heads and a bigger cam?

Have you ever taken your car to the track? I would love to see what it traps. Ando do some dig races so we can see if you can actually drive your car, and not just shift gears.

Yeah, i "give up" when i swap lanes spinning and come close to side swiping the person next to me.

The frc has stock ls6 heads and cam...

I only tracked the car once and didnt get a clean pass (let off and braked before the 1/4)... Time was 13.8 @ 93 and 13 @ 108...

To give you an idea, the GT-R i raced trapped 120 at the track that night..

And no, i cant drive for ****... Lol

 

I never out and out called you a liar, just saying I have a hard time. It's not like you are shifting crazy fast or anything, but it does run hard for what it is. Guess I need to drive a C5Z to feel the difference from this ol rattle trap.

I believe how it runs....I have the engine. Another good vid. I wish I had vids of guys I raced over the years. Most of them don't beleive how a stock ls6 can run.

Cool video .Sometimes all you can get are night time roll races depending on your location.Kinda sucks driving forever to some spot in the middle of nowhere to get one run and than have to run from the cops.Seen that happen numerous times.Might as well get some good races on the way to the dig spot in case things don't go the way you expect them to.good kills too.

At first I just thought you shifted like Ranger and out-drove the other cars but this is not the case. Your car's powerband is spot on to reel in a 120mph GTR!

Are you sure they didn't swap in a stock LS7

FYI... FRC's-(Fixed Roof Coupes)...99-00 are not LS6 cars, only Z06 FRC's from 01-04..

I can race anywhere from 40-55 in second, its not always 45.... I usually always ask the person Im racing what speed the want to do and we always come to an agreement..

Im definitely no Ranger as I have plenty of room to improve but Im no average joe driver either...

Yes, I was a little happy with that race, I had a little chubby from it...
Especially since he got away from me out on the hit but I reeled him in on top...



I dont need a cam "homie", its not my style, not enough....

Once I feel the need to get faster, Im going big with either a 408 or 427 forged stroker... and call it a day...
