So you think a 750 would be an even race and a 1000 would walk me? I'm not in to bikes so I really know nothing about them. What do 750's trap? I feel that my car is much faster above 100, it doesn't stop pulling where my old NA Z06 did.

750 is going to be a really high 130 most of the time. Not too many 750s running around though. Majority of the time you will run Into a 600 or 1000.
Bikes have horrible aero so the longer the race, the better for you.600s fall on their face above 110-120.. liter bikes, don't. Lol liter bioes also make a lot, lot more torque.
A liter bike from a 60 roll can play with a 600. My old 954rr had full exhaust filter and sprockets, I race many new 600s with slip ons, some with sprockets, none of them were a race.
My buddies cobra put down 460rwhp, we went from a 45 with him getting the hit. At 140 I looked back and thought he had gave up around 80, he didnt he was in It the whole time, It was just that bad. After the port on the cobra My buddy with a 600rr with slip on and sprocket ran him and the bike pulled around two from the jump, by 120 we were passing him and put around one on him until 135ish.. granted I was a much better rider, just goes to show how much 600s don't have. I ran away from this 600 as well.
It takes a lot to outrun a correctly rode liter bike, I don't know an exact number but I would say a solid 800+rw.

Awesome, will do. I couldn't manage better than low 1.7 short times that day, see Sig for normal sixty foots. Don't know if It was prep or what.
A properly rode strapped/stretched liter bike will easily run 9s. The main problem you run into on a stock bike is it lifting, strapping stretching lowering all remedy this. you can pick up a lot just by doing that. add exhaust sprockets and tune and they are getting it.
Most are usually strapped etc with bolt ons, but like you said that is a solid nine bike at 150+.
Right now you wouldn't be much of a challenge for a 1000, maybe of they gave you the jump and started in too high of a gear and went high mph. other than that it should walk you pretty steadily. even being able to keep up with a liter bike says something. no reason to brag about beating a 600, stay within 2 lengths of a liter bike and you have something to talk about! Lol
Don't ever ever ever let a bike get the jump on you. with their throttle response and insane mid range that can be devastating with an experienced rider, even with a 600.
it is ALL about the rider!!
Thanks, I think I would have a chance from a roll, but it just seems the bikes at the track all run 8-9's at 150+mph. Are these not stock bikes?
I'm well under that right now. I think I would get drug by a 1000 bike. Should be around 700rwhp soon, and that should put me at 140mph in the 1/4.

Thanks! I really don't claim to have a fast car, and don't roll around thinking that way. We have way too many 900-1500hp cars in the Dallas/Houston area that patrol the streets that wipe out any cars/bikes around. I just don't hang out with that crowd of people that plan big street pulls on crowded streets when they all meet up. I appreciate you letting me know where I stand, though.

Just will give you a little more heads up whenever you roll up on a bike or watch them at the track!
