Default raced a c63 amg

so i was heading over to my buddies house to hang out with him on his birthday and im minding my own business driving down the highway and out of nowhere a c63 amg gets next to me and starts gunning it and slowing down. it took me a while to register what he intended but once i knew, it was on.

so i down shift into 3 going about 60 and he just guns it. i start reeling him in but it was going to take some time to get him in after he got the HUGE jump that he got.

so we run them again a little more even and i far pretty well. we take off going about 60 again and i start to walk a little bit!!! im thinking "OMG THIS IS AWESOME!!!!" i shift into fourth and of course i lose a little but as soon as she gets back goin im back on track.

we race a few more times with about the same outcomes. man that was some fun racing. we took them to about 130.

i thought it was a little clearer. i had a few drinks in me when i posted this, but i managed to keep him off on most of the runs. the times he got the jump i would start catchin him but we would have had to really get some speed for me to pass him.

Those SLS AMGs are amazing cars. My g/f got a ride on one during our "Race the base" weekend in Cold Lake. Sadly I only got to ride in a twin supercharged F430

Nice kill! I use to own a Palladium Silver '08. That car went 12.3-12.4@115-116 bone-stock and 11.80's with M/T's and MHP canned tune. Your car must run STRONG for what its got!

You typically measure in lengths of the car you are inside.

I'd probably do the same thing. He was MAYBE 30 tops. He came off the highway qiuck and wants downshifting with what I assume were the paddles and my God this thing sounded aaaaawesome.

story is beleivable... i pulled on one like nothing in stock c5z.
Oh and in 60, you could have started in 2nd, would have been a better outcome assuming you know how to drive

i could have started in second at 60 but then i would have to shift as soon as we launch.

2.5 Smart cars=1 Caddy just so you have the conversion factor.
