'02 Z28 vs New 5.0 Mustang - VIDEO I had a few quick races on the freeway with a new Mustang GT 5.0. The dude would not go side by side. He would nail it when I was behind him moving for traffic.
My LS1 had four broken pistons from my previous turbo system. I bought four old pistons from a member here, and slapped them into the engine, old rings and all! I had to get it on the road that day. I left the engine in the car to boot!
That was about 20K miles ago, and it still runs pretty good, but burns oil like crazy, and has lost a few horsepower. I also have no cats and run through some awesome Pep Boys Cherry Bombs
I welded them on in a hurry after removing my turbo.

I can't wait. I'll try to find the dude again. I wanted a fair side by side roll race, but he wouldn't look over. He just floored it when I was behind him. Maybe he thought that I wasn't worth the gas? I did a lot better than I thought I would.

why cant worn out LS1's run into me? i never see any when im in the 5.0. he runs, lifts, and you catch.
hell a 04 nissan titan with 4 people in it did that to me. i drove down the street at 45mph and he blasted by me. killed me easy. he killed a 2011 5.0! i never had a chance cruising.

The problem is, he didn't lift. I lift at 1:36, then he does and brakes. It really goes like this, he runs, I catch, I lift and you get butt hurt.

Yall can say what yall want but if you cant clearly see him nail the coyote and op catch him then yall should all Just go by a 5.0 and join svtp. I like the 5.0 and I wpuld own one but sometimes yall make this out to be more than what it really is. Now op what are the exact mods done to your car in this vid?

I drive that freeway every day. I'll catch him again and try to get a heads up race. I'm not going to win over a jury with this video. Too many variables and no concrete evidence.
But it was nice to open it up. My GSXR is my daily driver, and it's down right now. I only drive the Z28 a few times a year.
