99 Black Bird T/A

On the way to work end up beside a new Dodge Hemi truck at a stoplight. Light goes green I start the T/A off at a brisk pace. The Hemi floors it starts to pull by. I'm like WTF? It's a grossly overweight truck and he want's to dick around with an LS1 T/A?

So I nail it and promptly hand him his *** then slow down. He zooms up and trys to do a ricer flyby. Sort of 1/2 expecting this sort of BS, I was waiting in 4th just in case. The T/A hands him his *** a 2nd time. Then this repeats again. I end up lifting because we've got into traffic and he does a ricer flyby and cuts me off. So I end up behind him.

We turn on to a single lane road. At each stop light he rev's the hell out of the Hemi while looking the review view mirror. When we hit four lanes again. We go at it another three times. His Hemi gets slaughtered each time but every time he's beat he makes the flyby move and I waste him again.

Again we end up coming up on traffic. I slip thru traffic and his lumbering truck wallows it way as best it can to catch up. Once again we're clear of traffic. Four more times he trys the T/A from a roll and gets butchered each time worse than the last.

On the very last flyby attempt I was waiting on him in 3rd taching just over ~4,000 rpm. He mades his move and the T/A blows his doors off yet again giving him the worst beating yet. After the 11th beat down he at last gives up on trying a flyby. Talk about slow learners.

All I can figure is this fuktard watched the Hemi truck commercials and actually belived his truck could hang. Wrong.

BTW - I don't have issues with Dodge it would be nice to see them put the Hemi in something that wasn't whale sized.

I did give him a thumbs up when I let him pull along side as I was taking my exit.

That's the most I've ever had anyone want to line up. One ricer with a Mazda Millinium got the clue after six times every one else has been ~2 tries is enough.

You know, it's funny but the only guys that really race me around here ARE the pick-ups and the sport utes. The difference is they aren't doing it to prove anything, they just want to play around and have fun.

And that is how it should be for car drivers as well. I always do that with my bronco, because what do you think the ls1 owner is going to expect when i purge my system at him.

but you have to remember when you start getting higher horsepower cars, people want to be ******** and race for money, cause you have that chance of breaking the cars!

I have had the pleasure of racing four of them & killing three of them (the tie was in the 1979 Z28, AGH!!! TOO SLOW!!!).

I love the Hemi Ram, if I had to buy a truck that is what I would drive, sounds great & looks great.

i had a 5 liter stang do the same. it was not enough that i put 12 cars on him from the hole,but on the highway he tried over and over and over and over somemore to take me. these people must of been the ones in LD classes we all made fun of. anyway,way to show him whose the boss. NICE KILLS

Yeah it's got an LS1!!! I started putting a sign that said that in my window when one of the kids at church got a Hemi Truck. I love the trucks, he just thought it would eat anything.

Quite humorous ....although dont always assume SUV's are slow...I was on a return road at the track one time and bumped at a Jeep Cherokee trying to be funny...well he hit the gas and left me pretty good. I was bone stock and it turned out he was running low 12's on a built motor
