Mods in video (Challenger had full exhaust as well, obviously). Don't know size of the cam or if these are stock ported heads or aftermarket castings (do Mopars have that?), but I confirmed it through some digging on Facebook and saw the owner say that's what he had. Hell, when I was taking a **** at the gas station talking on the phone to someone about it, the guy next to me confirmed it was H/C as well. ![Icon Lol](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies2/icon_lol.gif)

i am certain the driver mod is worth .4 after watching that race i am more sure than ever. Eddie Perez (google him and read about his newer cts-v running 11.5 on street tires with just a pully and LT's) has a beautiful dark blue RT auto. i watched him run a 13.1 @107 at E town last spring (private Super Chevy/GMHTP magazine shoot). he brought the V and the RT that day. Eddie weighs nearly the same i do so say 225lbs. all Eddie had was a bs hand held and cai. that RT has H&C?? the wrong H&C that's for sure lol (not to take anything away from the op but he should have been beat and at worst even) that was a rape.

Mods in video.
I forgot to add the tune issues, see next post. We did get a bit of a jump though.

That's believable, but I didn't think you were gonna yank him that hard. That was pretty bad. A while back I raced a H/C and bolt on 300C at the track and he got me by about a tenth. And then proceeded to drop down to around 12.8's. It was his first time out in the car. But still how much he pulled on me was way less than I expected. Not to threadjack but here's a vid for comparison purposes. I had a horrible 2.2 60' and a bad r/t. I'll have to dig up the slip to see what he trapped. Nice kill for your buddy though, must feel good!

Thats sad...and no, there is no such thing as an aftermarket casting for any GemIII Hemi...Since its a 5.7 I would have to say its more than likely not cammed. The VCT 5.7's are pretty much untunable as of right now when it comes to serious tuning for cam changes and such. The aftermarket cam selection for these engines are VERY VERY limited. Even the ones that are available are so small that no tuning is needed, because it is so difficult. Good read here... http://www.lxforums.com/board/showthread.php?t=268018
Even better read here. Explaining why some say the gains from a cam change in a VCT 5.7 may not even be worth the labor involved.... http://www.lxforums.com/board/showthread.php?t=261601

Me myself i dont see why anyone would lie about mods, but it happens all the time...Im not even saying hes def lying...Im saying if he is telling the truth then the gains from the cam are very minimal. Hardly even worth metioning that it is cammed imo.
