2001 Camaro Z28 vs 2005 C6 Corvette
Well I lost to my friends LS2 Vette... Mods are in my sig & his Vette has a ZO6 exhaust only. Both are M6. We couldn't do a 1st gear roll due to my shitty tires. So we had to do a 2nd gear pull at 55ish mph.
1st run from 55 mph I give the 3 honks & get the hit. Miss 3rd gear
2nd run from a 55 mph. Give the honks & I pull him maybe to my door & then he slowly reels me in & starts to have a car by the time I shift into 4th gear. By the end of 4th hes about 1 1/2 ahead
3rd run from a 60 mph I give the honks & I pull him to my door & then he begins to slowly reel me in again. Shut it down at 135 & hes about a car & a fender ahead of me this time.
I got Nitto NT05R that should be here in a couple days so we plan to do another run this time in 1st gear at 35. I spun a little on every run... Plus I just installed my HEAVY *** SLP dual dual instead I owning true duals before! I literally had a full tank of gas & he was running on empty. Didn't get to get a vid but next runs Ill make sure to! My DMH cutout is in the mail also so I don't know how much of a difference that would make running it open. But I plan on getting a ASP underdrive pulley next so that should help out a little bit? Thanks...

New Nitto NT05R are installed. These tires hook like crazy.... Its been a WHILE since I've been able to do a 1st gear pull or do a dig. But I should either be running a chip, exhaust, & intake BMW 135i. Or a new Audi RS4, or do a rematch against the stock C6 Vette

Well..... I lost again no vid. We were suppose to have someone record it but the guy left lol but it was pretty much the same outcome. Hooked great from a 1st gear pull & pulled him until mid 3rd & he had a car and a fender on me by 140
I am still lost on how hes pulling me... Because we ran a while back when I was catback only & he barely beat me? I thought now that I've gotten headers it would of been a better run.
Here an old vid of us running against my friends E39 M5 & Evo 9. My friend with the M5 now has a intake, straight pipe is back in town so Ill be running him again.

Los Altos isn't that rich.... lol
Yea I guess it should be a good race against a bolt on Camaro? So hopefully I can run him. The guy with the RS4 dyno it today. 299whp guess he needs to clean the carbon out of the engine his words not mine. Once he figures out wtf wrong with his car were do a run.
His 135i... Pretty sweet car!

I like that blue on the 135i.
Don't be suprised the 135 pulls you with the mods you mentioned.
Also you mentioned you have headers now with one race and not sure why he beat you. Did you get your tune cleaned up after putting them on?
Also the EVO needs learn how to brake boost..LOL

Good races, man!
It's possible that he's a better driver now than he was, and the headers might not have gained a ton of power. I only picked up 12 rwhp from my Dynatech LT's and a dyno tune.
How fast are those 135i's in stock form? They are great looking cars.

He could be a better driver but I mean I gained 27 rwhp & 24 rwtq from when I dyno my car with catback only which put down 323 rwhp 337 rwtq

27 hp is a very solid gain. How close was it before? I know you said he barely beat you, but the short part of the video you posted up, it looks like he was walking away pretty good.
