Haha.. yeah the melt/refreeze thing is dangerous too. All the guys here are freaking out because they want to go ice fishing. They love this weather.

Hahah what is cold? It's 78 at night and high 90s in the daytime right now. I am on a tropical island though. It sucks because winter is actually my favorite time of the year and I am missing it.

It gets to the mid 100s in Cuba but the humidity is the worst part, it's awful here. Makes it feel so much hotter than it is.

Yea..that is a rough area in the winter. I stayed in LeClaire, Iowa and worked at Exelon some years back. I got there on Sunday in March and it was 55 DegF and sunny. By Tueday night it was snowing and -9 degF. I was not prepared for this. I had no winter clothes and like a di*k, I rented a 6 cyl Mustang to "cruise" out to the job site. LOL. It did not work out to good especially since I could not get the Stang up the hill to the hotel with all the snow.
Learned a good lesson though.

Hahah yeah that's just bad timing there. I drive past Exelon and Leclaire every day on my way to work. I actually live north of Exelon and work in East Moline (about 10 minutes south of i-80 bridge/leclaire). Their outage brings an epic amount of people to the area... it's insane how many people show up for those.
