Mind blown. His car is still slower than my LT1 since he never took it to the track

So I think I'm pretty settled on the Focus. As my mom so eloquently put it, "Don't buy the car you're trying to find a reason to buy, buy the car you're struggling to find a reason not to." So now it's just a matter of what color.

Do it... or buy a 5.0

Still pissed at my buddy for turning down me finding exactly what he wanted.

Told me to find a 2011 5.0 A6 GT premium with <45k miles for under $20k. Find him a white 2011 5.0 CS with 45k on it for $19,998

But yet he still wants a 70 Challenger (he has little cash, a loan is likely a better option with only 5k down)

Oh Jay… You sweet talker, I'm blushin'… .

I am confident that if you examined the record; which we both know ya won't… but IF YA DID and ya did so objectively, you'd find that I don't talk much **** at all… if any.

I DO however repel BARGES of it, which is where your particular Ox was gored as at least one of those barges is filled with the unsustainable bilge you spilled, on some trivial nonsense in some long forgotten threads. That I do so unapologetically seems to be what upsets some of the fellas most and that's fine. They seem to prefer being pissed, or at least to appear to be so and, who am I to take that from 'em.

FWIW, My car is fast… It's every bit as fast as every other car that runs the same times and there's no end to the posts under your signature on this forum, complimenting others running those same times… noting that such are fast cars.

And only because I know how much this'll hurt… my car is faster than MOST cars.

Now you may 'feel' that such is BOLD TALK, when in truth, it is merely a FACT: OF THE INCONTROVERTIBLE VARIETY!

I want new, and a new 5.0 is just a touch out of my price range. And I can't bring myself to buy a V6 Mustang.

Oh, just going over the minutes.

You buying anything particularly cool, or just maintenance purchases in what the wife calls: "Therapy", to fight off the winter blues, here in early fall?

BTW: MIGHT have hit 80 somewhere around here today. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for the human condition.

Ecoturd is a good name for them.

The company I am with have some in their fleet. They get to about 60000km and start to have issues with turbos and sensors.

I'd get a 5.bro if I had to get an F150...or a Raptor if the money didn't matter.
