Odarabla's infinite BS thread for the foreskinned (AKA Smack Down)
Unless your car is heavy as **** or it has no supporting mods then 600rwhp should be loooowwww 10s or 9s in good DA.
The c7Z06 will be a mid-low 10sec car with basic *** work like a tire and tune. Pulley/tune/tire has potential for 9s depending on suspension . Gonna be a monster, and doesn't weigh 3800-4000 like most "performance cars" these days .

lol While I know that your car is fast, it will merely take a pulley swap, intake and tune on the Z06 and you will be the one seeing taillights. Maybe at first you will be able to be confident of handing a random C7Z06 owner his *** on the street, but it won't take long for a few modded ones to hit the streets. Then it will be a crap shoot for you when you roll up on one.
BUT, I bet you are able to **** off a few brand new owners that think their 6 figure Vette will beat your Mustang. Haha

Oh DEFINITELY.. once they start modding, they will be wicked... but who says I am not adding more to my car? Its a neverending moneypit dammit. But it's fun.
I think it will be a fun race man.. seriously. We are within range to only drive a couple hrs to meet up with each other. And I mentioned to him in a PM if he wants to wait until the warmer spring temps(late feb/march) we can do that and get a bunch of people together to have a car meet/beer/burgers/ fun racing etc. I'm easy to get along with, even if I might argue with you guys online.

Here is the thing though.. I'll have better tires for spring racing, and MOST LIKELY if I meet a C7Z out on the road, they will be wanting to roll them off on the highway. And I feel sorry for him with only mid 500's rwhp. He will lose... and badly.

Yep. My 1 trip to the track on 20" low profile Nittos sucked.

Yeah.. thats why my track trip sucked. I have the SVTPP package on my car. It comes with 19" wheels up front and 20"x9.5" wheel on the back. I run 305/35-20 Nitto 555r's. They are a great tire for overall daily driving like I do.. and they work just as good as any other street tire in the rain.
Here is a pic of them on the car after I had the first set mounted:
And here is what I have sitting in the garage waiting for a set of "Serious bidness" tires
15x10
And my cheer section for when me and Hio race:
Lawhead is pretty cool in person. I think most people on here would be able to bs around and get along if we all met up. Sometimes it's fun to just argue online though. Keep the forum interesting

Umm... yeah.. bad example though. That car has some weight reduction... AND he has swapped an automatic tranny in the car. Hell I could run 9's in my car with an auto tranny. There are guys in GT500's with similar power ranges to mine running high 9's with the stock 6060 tranny. at a high trap speed I might add. With the same blower I have on my car.
