Or they are using a lighter frame which would cause the car to be lighter from the start

It grew on me and i like that new look. Its different and people wont mistake it for another car it stands out. Hopefully with that the performance aspec wont be a total let down like the 5th gen

MAF on the Buick **** the bed. Now I am looking to get a 4" Intake with an LS7 card-style MAF sensor. Should help a ton with spool up and power. It's too bad though because I really wanted to see how far I could push the simple stock MAF and and stock 3" hose intake.

weight the vette today.

3220 without me in it.... pretty happy, last time i weighed it it was 3325 before all the previous work, so i gained 200hp and lost 105lbs got to love that math!

another thing going for it is the car dead hooks 1st with 730whp, cant wait to get some runs in.

was talking to a owner of a mustang with past weekend about a run, he has a built motor/ysi and made around the same power as mine but thru an auto but he cant hook, told him i wouldn't even waste my time until he can hook.

they're going to be using an entirely different platform. I think that platform is already under 3400 pounds with a 4 cylinder.

So this new platform would make the car with the lt1 in it weight around or less than a 4th gen? Idk bout that im gonna be happy if its new weight with the lt1 in it is around 3650lbs to 3750lbs
