If you run into one of those damn psychos like the guy with the nice Stingray in here that decides to turbo or spray a Busa or 14 you better be packing the big guns. We are talking close to 1lb per hp on some of these LSR/Drag bikes LMAO .

There is your bike lesson for the day. Next time you see an NA 450rwhp F-body claiming they smoked a modern crotch rocket you can tell them to GTFO, unless the guy wasn't racing or just got the bike that day and missed every gear .
Lol i shoulda just pmd you i forgot you know bikes really well thanks for the info!

Also i think it's time to add more power to the ws6. Ill never get rid of it so time to save up and add more power.

Best purchase I ever made for my Z28 was another car for a driver. Your truck may be a bit much on gas to DD, but another car to keep mostly stock or mild bolt-ons for a reliable driver is a breath of fresh air after daily driving a built car that has some compromises made for an extended amount of time. I'm selling my TA and getting a manual C5 for a fun little driver. Maybe procharged ~500-600hp so I don't get too bored (and even with that it will be my slowest vehicle lmao)

Seriously, once you are not worried as much about drivability or mpg the modding gets a LOT more fun . That big lopy cam or high stall that would have annoyed you on a daily commute to work is now a fun weekend joy ride to a meeting spot and way more fun at the track .

Yea i agree man my truck gets better mpg than my car though lol. I can go 300miles in my truck and only 170 miles in my ta but i find myself driving the ta more bc its more entertaining to drive. Im looking at a corvette myself as a dd once i pay my truck off or keep the truck and just buy a good used vette ls2 or ls3 that is. I know a lot of people with 2 yr degree in mechanical engineering making 60+k starting out. So a 25 to 35k used vette shouldn't be out of my reach if all goes well. So many choices to be made so once im ready i want all the research to be done so i can make the right decision. Thanks for the help.

Buddy of mine put a turbo on his ZX11 back in the mid 90's. That was a bad bitch back in the day. Dynoed 270whp IIRC.

With the brakes and suspension available in the mid 90s that thing must have been insane.

Talk about a Widow Maker.

It was insane. He has ridden bikes since he was a kid and there is nothing he can't do on one. He never wrecked it though, it took a Harley to almost kill him. Car pulled out in front of him during a cruise with a bunch of other Harley's. He was in a coma for almost a year after that.

Poppa, I'm with ya, not a fan of mud bugs. I love me some seafood, but mud bugs, not so much.

So ive decided to get my 2 year degree instead of a 4 yr degree for the moment. I know some people getting 60k plus jobs after they graduate. Any thoughts or suggestions yall might have on this decision of mine?
