Looks are subjective, but yes, TAs look much better. I had the opportunity to buy a 99 Z28 cam/bolt-on with around 100k miles last year for $3700 but didn't solely because of the looks.

On another note, dad is buying the truck back from me. He wants to keep his camper. Fixing a few small things on it first.

Likely picking up a similarly optioned, similar mileage (80k) 03-06 Trailblazer or Envoy. Will still serve my needs and free up a good chunk of cash. Going to buy a few lots behind my parents house in Okoboji with lake access and build a little Aframe cabin down the road.

Really want to throw 20% down on a house here in the next year as well and pick up a toy in between the mix, so this was the best way to acquire the lots, keep on track for the 20% down on a house in Des Moines, and picking up another toy in the near future without touching other investments.

Growing up sucks.

I have to agree that TAs look so much better than Camaros. But it's all in preference, for me there are too many accents and lines and **** on the TA. Camaros are simple and I usually get a lot of compliments so it can't be that ugly. I guess it's all in how you set it up lol.

I can understand how people like fourth gen Camaros, but I don't view those aspects as appealing. I love the Formula front end over the T/A, but the T/A hood over the Formula.

Marc likes any car that weighs at least 3950lbs

Oh well, someone on here called Fox Coupes a McDonalds Hamburger box looking car before Different strokes for different folks.

It sure as hell does. I only put 10% down on my house, but Im glad I put something down. Instead of getting another toy this year I had to spend about 4 grand on my flooring, roof, and garage door. Being a homeowner sucks sometimes.

I don't HATE camaros, they still look good I just prefer a TA. That's why I sold my Z28 that I bought last year to get another TA eventually. Sadly $ went elsewhere.

Your car looks nice, and I agree there are a lot of lines on the TA, however I still prefer them. The WS6 TA model that is.

I'm not the biggest fan of 4th gen Camaros, but I cannot say they are ugly. They just aren't nearly as appealing as a TA IMO. 93-97 SS clone is a 4th gen Camaro I'd take.

This man. Yeah, on top of all that the old man is talking about going in together on throwing up a garage/shop with a tall overhead door for the jetski, boat, and camper on one of the two lots I am buying. Expenses shouldn't be too bad on my side since most of his stuff will be in there, but a lot of expenses are coming out fast. Next I'll want to buy a jetski/boat hoist for the lake access. Blah. I can see this starting to hurt the C6 GS fund if I am still dead set on not tapping into other cash that is currently not liquid.

I can assure you that that Formula never had a tow hitch, and is 10 times nicer than his and most 4th gens out there..... Kinda miss that car and its whining 10 bolt

That is definitely a great combo as well. I love the Firehawk hood. How many Formy Hawks were made?

They made 106 in 99. 62 in 2000, 70 in 01 and unofficially 167 in 02. Got to love the internet, can find anything.

No problem, I looked it up. I just know that there were very few M6 t-top formulas, and silver was the rarest color for the 99 cars

Growing up does suck. Should have stayed in the parents basement and bought a zr1 and a d max. Lol.

Yeah, my bud had a 2000, silver, auto hawk, t top with the double duck wing. Pretty rare car for sure.

Here ya go Snake, I've never really had many pictures of it. Hoping to change that this year.
