That is what most of my colleagues from my high school seem to have done. They must have the secret. I always told myself once I graduate college I will not move back in with the parents. Would definitely be nice on obtaining everything I want sooner, but no...

Getting a good deal on the lots and want a lake house at some point down the road, will have roommate/s with the future house in Des Moines so that should nearly pay my mortgage, so cash flow will be good then. Just going to try and be realistic here for the next few years.

I just got all gung-ho to buy a house one day lol. Was living at home, making decent money and not paying any bills. Sure made that turbo build easy though.

Looking to put the motor and trans I have in it and have it as a driver for the wife, kid and I to cruise around in. I'll put some springs in the heads, head studs, ls2 chain, a turbo cam and slap a cheap BW turbo on it with some 80lb injectors and push 8-10 psi. If I upgrade my components on the TA, i'll just put them on the other car like my converter and fuel system stuff.

Now if only it was cheaper. Not sure I'd want the weak rod bolts of a 98.

Recently I bought a 4" Intake, MAF Sensor, and MAFTranslator for my Buick. I bought it from a guy on the turbobuick.com board for a really good price.. Well, first I found out that I got an LS1 MAFTranslator and needed an adapter.. Then last night I found out that the chip inside the translator wouldn't support a 4" card-style MAF. Now I had to replace the chip inside it. Everyone be weary when you buy something online. Make sure you are getting what you want!

I just want to also say a big THANK YOU to Michael Licht at Full Throttle Speed for helping me. He sent me an upgrade chip free of charge to help me out. Really great guy! I recommend his company to any of you. They do sell some LS/LT stuff on their site.

Haha, yep. It looks like the only difference between the WS6 and 9 are the little heat extractors on the rear portion of the hood? Looks nice

Love the Chevelle/Malibu cars. Do a big inch LS. Light weight, lots of power, and N/A just seems so right for old school cars lol.

Hard to say no to a big block with an old school. I ended up going with a 509 BBC in my 67 and it's stupid fun. Just ride around do rolling burn outs.

I was just thinking about this. That might be where I am going to go with it. Maybe a 418 iron block or something. I am not made of money so I am not sure if I could swing for something LS7 or LSx based.

True, but I think the fuel injection for a cruiser would be beneficial.

So I just watched a documentary called Bronies on Netflix. That was interesting. I have an idea for some shirts to hand out in the challenge
