Why did they have a hard time getting youtube videos to be able to be used as evidence then? Seems like they have way too much time surfing the internet than doing there job. Maybe that's way most cops are fat and out of shape.
I feel like what i post on my FB is personal, so them looking through it means they should have a warrant.

edit: I think video evidence from web sites like Youtube are used as supporting evidence but I still think other proof is needed. Not really sure.

LOL..I hear ya man. Unfortunately, that is not how it works. Anything (and I mean anything) you put on the net is open for all who basically have ISP.

Oh well, ive already learned my lesson about posting things on FB. So i don't get on it that much any more.

I run a smaller more local cars group on Facebook called street cars. It's a closed group so only members can see posts. Today I had an older guy try joining (60?). Turns out he just joined Facebook today and the first thing he did was try joining my group. Seemed sketchy so I checked him out . Turns out he's a cop. Sneaky bastard! Changed the group setting to private and changed the name lol. Some incriminating stuff in there

Didn't have to was following Hammer's comment... also there are times people for get to wear a belt **** happens. I mostly wear gym shorts now
