Here all "congressman, lawmakers, president, ministers and directors of govt insitutions" get bodyguards and have nice cars with no license plates and police lights.

In other words, I never get stopped because of the tint, no plate, lights and car. It's assumed if you have lights it's because you are someone, since you can't just buy the lights anywhere.

If I were to get caught I just bullshit my way out of it. "I am (insert important person) son." But I have never been caught.

The 60 felt great. I didn't have real skinnies on the front. Just 18" spares. So still some improvement left in it all over. Starting to get it perfect.

 

Tell him to check his wastegate actuators. After I upped the boost on my protege I tore the diaphragm in the wastegate actuator. It did the same thing to me. APR sells upgrades for those as well.

He did, not the problem. When he first got the tune, it would barely hit full boost so we kept testing it all night, trying different things but came out with nothing. The first time it hit full boost, we weren't ready and damn that thing pulled.

 

So it looks like I might be ordering a new 5.0 instead of the Focus ST. I didnt realize how many options the ST1 package didnt come with. The ST2 that comes with the options I want is within $15 of the price the 5.0 I would want. Now I just have to talk the wife into it.

 

I just sold my bike lol. That was a short lived terror experience. Had thought my buddy wrecked it but he wrecked his. Was his 5th crash this year. I said I'm too young and pretty for that ****. Farewell bike chapter of my life.


On a side note I'm seeing if anyone down here is interested in the 5th gen. If I get enough I will let it go. Thinking about moving on to a z06. Drop the compression on the LS7 and turbo that sucker.

You will need to do something with the stock exhaust valves-they have been failing in LS7s. Lot of Vette guys feel your existing motor is better to mod but then again LS3s have a bad rap with boost....

 

Do a 376 lsx motor on 9 comp ratio. And use a procharger cog set up with c16 gas lol

The 427ci LS7 internals are weak as hell.. You would need to build the motor to run any kind of real boost on that motor..
