When I discussed it with jay however I got the idea it was also to keep members from being bashed/flamed without their consent. In that sense, without threads being merged into this one, it is useless.
It does however keep bs talking back and forth to a minimum in some threads.
I just got the idea it was more for flaming than a bs thread. I have seen little to no flaming.
