This is a good go-to place for those times when the other threads are focussed on 5.0 vs. lsx ****-slingin' (a contest where no one ever really wins, but EVERYONE gets covered in ****!!!

So what about the U.S. getting a down graded credit rating? Read this **** and watch this video. Are we about to crash or what? And this is the same government that said the American people can not plan for themselves! The same government that wants to take control of our 401K's because basicly we are to stupid to do so!! anyone ever laugh at the guys who run higher than 91-93 octane claiming it gives their car extra horsepower? I'm talking about guys with essentially stock cars with intake and exhaust. I had to argure with this guy at work (race will not be mentioned since I can get this thread shut down apparently) with a 05-09 mustang gt. He was complaining about the high cost of 116 race fuel. He's got his last name (again, cannot say as it would be "racist") and racing behind it.
I asked him whats been done to the car. CAI, headers, exhaust. (i've notice many ricer stickers and streetglos) I asked him why he needed the 116. He said, because it gives my car lots of extra hp. I started explaining to him that it is probably hurting more than its helping, but since I dont speak _ _ _ _ _sh, I gave up trying. I would love to take my car in to work and smoke his *** on that long straight we have there, but I'm always covered in oil, grease, or diesel so I dont drive the T/A to work.
