Buddy of mine is looking at a 99 FRC with a cam/bolton LS3. I bet thats a nasty ride for sure. Like a matt white with black wheels

I'm sure some of the parts in said Mustang are just not street worthy to get it to 2600lb w/driver as Ohio stated, same would go for a Camaro. Use a little common sense. Drag brakes are not recommended for street use. According to some they don't even hot lap well. I'm sure it has lots of other things done that may not hold up well for street duty or make it miserable to drive.

I am sure the car is not the best for everyday use at that weight. Again we are talking about record cars so your argument is pointless.


M6 record for SI ls1 Camaro(11.2 @ 119) still has a.c. I think we can put Notches car in the top 5 for the m6 cars pretty easily if he don't tear it up first.
Not bad and the mach has been 11.0x @ 120 so they are pretty close in comparison It also went 10.9 on a glory pass.

There not really that close. I read the post on the Mach you speak of. Car was gutted and the guy could never duplicate it. Do you really think a Mach is only .1 off the 5.0 record or even comparable to a 5.0?

As far as your bold type goes....go back and read it dumbass. 2nd, 3rd, 4th are all A4's. My guess is #1 had to do with more than just a transmission because it is a big heavy T400. Matter of fact there are only 2 A3's on the list of 50.

Your arguments are always pointless because you don't know jack ****. Why don't go take the seats out of your dads gt100 and take it to the track.....just as I'm sure your dumbass has disassembled all your other cars because you thought that's how to make them faster.

Im removing all the bolts on my blower. I heard it makes it spin faster, resulting in quicker boost, and me being faster.

Thats why I said Glory pass on the 10.9 however it went low 11s multiple times. So they are not close? last I checked it ran 11.0x >11.2. Gutted? It had all the interior carpet/panels so NO it was not gutted. It had raceweight that was about the same as your cut up **** box There is another mach that also ran bottom 11s but it was gutted. It did it with less boltons only making ~300 with a ~28xx raceweight. Both where manuals. As far as the 5.0 it is a second faster so no it is not a close race.

Yea because a rear seat delete and stock leather seats scream racecar The mach was the same way untill I decided too put fx1s in it. You cut your car up add raceseats/steering wheel etc... and then talk about somebody with a rearseat delete Oh and on the gt100 thing we can make a wager if you want too put your money where your mouth is

On a less argumentative subject. Ill be grabbing these wheels soon. Whats everyone think about the side stripe removal. Im torn. As much as i like the nostalgic effect of the stripe, i love this car without it. Any opinions?

Wheels looks sweet. Stripes are a personal thing, I don't like them on 99% of cars. Unless its a blue viper with white stripes I'm not a fan

You sound jealous. You only wish you had half the skill I have at lightening ****.....instead you resort to removing your seats to try to make a decent pass. All along while talking about the 2 Mach's that went low 11's and your built Mach never touched 11's. There are 50 bolt-on ls1 cars faster than a 11.7.....that we know of. My guess, there are many more.

I could give to ***** less about your dads car. The fact that you dance around the subject and never have posted any real proof of anything you have done is enough proof for me and everyone else.

Thanks man. Yea ill be picking up that exact wheel tire combo. Drops 100lbs too which is nice. The 17 inch in the front makes it look great as well as much better control too at higher speeds. Ill be running an M&H radial on the front.
