Nope. jealousy is in bold above. I could care less about your cut up 11sec car You resort on cutting holes in your motor swapped camaro to run the time. There are countless bolton 4vs in the 11s as well. Once again if you are so sure put your money or user name where your mouth is. I have posted plenty of proof dyno vids, race vids, pics etc... NEXT

As much as it pains me to say this to you guys I wanted to let you know that the Camaro is no more. I sold it about a week ago. As of now I have no plans for a new car or a new build.. Her and I have had a good run and it was fun but it was time we parted ways..

If it was a 13 maybe so. All he does is run his mouth.

How much does your oe wheel/tire weight? I don't see you losing 100lb by changing wheels on your car. More like 50-70. I don't even think a 5thgen could lose 100lb goin to a set-up like that and there wheels/tires are extremely heavy. What sizes you gonna run?

I hear ya. I try to pace myself on my car and make what I can make w/o buying **** all the time. That's one reason why I set out to make it lighter....then I need less motor stuff. But there are times I get tired of spending money on it also.....so much so I have thought about selling the LS7. My car is really plenty fun as it is.

I actually did the math out yesterday. Looked up the weight of everything.

Factory Wheel weight Back - 35lbs
Factory Wheel weight front - 34lbs
Factory tire weight back - 27lbs
Factory tire weight front - 27lbs
Total Front - 61lbs each
Total Back - 62lbs each

Weld RTS 15x10 - 15lbs
Weld RTS 17x5 - 14lbs
Mickey Thompson Tire (275/50/15) - 31lbs
M&H Front Tire - 15lbs
Total Rear - 46lbs each
Total Front - 29lbs each

Front Total Saving - 64lbs
Rear Total Saving - 32lbs

96lbs

Thats off of all the websites for the specific tire size of manufacturers etc. But still could be off 5lbs plus or minus. Its sad but the more expensive ford racing wheels are substantially heavier then there after market replicas. I got the wheel weights from another local boss owner who changed out to a set of 19x9.5 laguna seca replicas. They were 6lbs lighter a piece then the factory boss wheels.

Evan, I personally like the stripes myself. Just makes the car what it is. As for the Weld's, those look awesome. I have been pricing a set out for my Buick, and to get 15x10's back and 15x8's front, with tires was 1800$. Wish I had the bread, otherwise they'd be on the way from Jegs right now. I think they will look awesome on the Buick.

Thanks. Atleast on a good note with the prices is you only have to buy one tire/wheel at a time. Just gotta have the coin multiple times lol. But yes they would def look good on the buick

I don't know what I would want if I were to buy a new car. To be honest I don't want to pay for any of them. Prices has got a little out of hand for me. I just don't want to work hard enough to pay for a $60,000 car. On top of that the taxes in VA would $2000+ a year for one of those beasts. The first 3 yrs of ownership would be almost $10,000 just in taxes. That's almost 2 months worth of work just to give it to the gov......there other **** I would rather do than work to give money to them.

my old Camaro is lookin pretty good at that rate....lol
