I have a copy of hptuners and although I'm not comfortable tuning my car completely myself its great for data logging and tweaking some things here and there. Given the nature that 2ss is ultimately got no local tuners around him it does make it easier to work with a remote tuner if you can data log with the same app that the guy is tuning with.

I'm probably going somewhere in Europe later this year or next so I'm going to look for a specialty place. 95% of the time in Mexico I was with a group of coworkers so I couldn't go exploring by myself so I dashed into a shop to grab it.

Just to clarify, the car's competing for the "record" are street legal, have A/C, stereo, power windows/locks, stock long block, etc... I am not sure the car's you speak of fall into the same category. In fact, Matt D's car is a 2005-2009 model. He would fall into the same category as the 9 sec. JPC car. I would be interested in knowing the details on Mark's car, conditions it was run in, etc.
My race weight is right at 3,500lbs. Hardly a gutted, dedicated race car. The previous record holder set the record in roughly -1,000'DA. The new record was set in 1,300'DA.

There are certainly other N/A 5.0's out there who have run better times however not under the same criteria.
I have plans to best that 10.87 but am racing against the Hotter than Hell air we get most of the year. Basically if I don't get it done by March it will have to wait until next Fall/Winter.

Your car looks bad *** on the Pro Stars; just looked at your initial post in your build thread and saw that you were going to run a 4L60E. We have had quite a few guys try to run them and they just don't seem to last once you get past high to mid 10's in the 1/4.

And thanks... I sold the Pro Stars though. I have a set of polished Race Stars now with 325s in the rear. I'm REALLY wanting to make the change to Weld RTs in black.

Yeah, the 350 should be good to go.
Local guy just put a TH400 in his car and took it to the dyno...slightly hurt his feelings how much it hurt his rwhp compared to the 4L60E.
