In all honesty, I wasn't even trying to offend him with that comment. It goes back to an old debate we had in this very same thread actually. Evan's one of the guys around here that really knows what he's talking about 95% of the time, I enjoy a good debate with him. No clue where in the hell all that came from.

with the older ls7's there are quite a few reports of dropped valves taking out entire motors, if your looking at one if its got a loud valvetrain stay away or atleast get head work done once you buy it.
