Agreed. On a completely unrelated note, Texas Workforce Commission is really starting to **** me off. I took seasonal layoff from work on December 29th and filled out my unemployment stuff online that day before I left the office. After the 2 day processing time (which in itself is ridiculous) their website told me to request payment on the 12th of January, and it would processed and sent out on the 14th. Well I checked back on the 14th and it said that the normal 2-3 weeks that it takes from the time you initially apply has now changed to 4 weeks, and payment should be made on the 21st. So if I don't see that money in my bank account tomorrow, I will be giving TWC a call. Seriously, how in the **** does ANYTHING that is electronically-verifiable (like employment history) take 4 ******* weeks? I haven't had a regular paycheck in 3 weeks now, and since this seasonal layoff was beyond unexpected, I was not prepared to go 3 weeks without getting paid. Soooo frustrated right now.
