You got to be a complete retard to try and lighten up your car and look to gutting out the interior as a form of weight reduction.

true story, worthwhile weight reduction(clutch,flywheel,driveshaft,wheel/tires,rotors) is in rotational weight and unsprung weight(suspension, brakes).

Yeah no plans on ever gutting the car, just looking to drop some weight but gonna leave the interior as is, radio and all included, the air and egr systems are comin out when I install the longtubes and duals, and the spare tire and jack can come out,. Anything else.

tubular k-member, removing and or hole sawing bumper supports, lighter battery, lighter wheels, carbon fiber hood, bucket seats, dumped exhaust or titanium exhaust, light weight clutch, strano springs, theres like a million other things but those are just a couple off the top of my head.
Edit: your looking for free stuff? Buy a hole saw set on ebay and get creative.

Ill say it again, free things I can do myself, please stop listing parts that I can go buy, I know of these and if I had 1600 bucks to spend on wheels I'd do it but I don't, I understand I won't be able to cut much down without cutting it up and buying said parts, but its a dd not a race car.

How would holesawing things you don't see or has any bearing on ride quality have to do with it being a race car? I guarantee you ride in my car you have no idea what i have or have not taken out of it. You're not going to do much without $. Again, buy a holesaw kit off ebay ($10) and get creative.

Didn't say that was what had anything to do with it being a race car, I was referring more to paying 1600 bucks for wheels, as I said I know I'm not going to do much without spending money but I'm not looking to do a lot, at least not right now

Yeah I'm being lazy, coming in here and asking a question whatever was I thinking? And if he had read the very first post I made asking this question he wouldn't have started listing parts I can go and buy.

No one got pissy, as I said in the very first post asking this question I wasn't looking to go buy parts, is that so hard to comprehend? So unless you have something positive to contribute to the question I asked stop wasting thread space
