This! However, the new owner has been giving some cars/drivers that should have beat him hell because they do hook so good at the street races

I've got an 08 F250 and a 84 Camaro that needs some work, it sits waiting.

Yea 555Rs are pretty good on the street for a DD drag radial. My 5.0 doesn't like them worth a damn though and I have the 15" ones on it.

HAHA. Damn dude. Throw him under the bus why don't ya.

I loved my nitters. Hooked and lasted over 10k miles. But I'll probably switch to MT DR once my new build is up and running. 3.37 + 4.56 + 650+ = spin city.

The nittoes lasted 10k miles??

How long do MTs last? I've never daily drove a true drag radial (BFG doesn't count in my book! HAHA).

Why do you think I want to run Nittos? Sure I'd love to run MTs but they WILL NOT last daily driving them.

Hell they tried to get Unit and Jay to change my user title to Father Time a while back. The little bastards.

There abouts. Plus they suck *** in the rain. Not as bad as the low profile BFG's though, now those things are SCARY. With the auto I think you would be OK with Nittos

Some will disagree with me but you can forget hooking Nittos @ the track. But then again I wouldn't go to the track seriously without some slicks. Pick one...street drag radials for DD or track tires, there is no both. If there is let me know when you find them.

There are more than a few radial racers that would disagree with that statement.

So what would they say is a good DD drag radial that also would be good at the track?

I've heard that said, yes. How much daily driving wasn't established. I would assume not much though.
