Just more proof not every ZR1 will run 10's every time out.

I have'nt seen a 5.7 charger run 13's yet at my track. Mid-low 14's for a stockish one.

I'm sure you know how it is Ohio...da this track prep that. You know, kinda like your 5.0.....not every full bolt-on 5.0 goes mid 11's.

By the way Ohio got my fast 90 on now and bigger inj. Dynotuned tuned and a nice gain to boot.

..sorry for off topic

42lb @ 3 bar, car runs @ 4 bar. I said something to him about e85 but he my injecters may not be big enough for that. Such a pain in the dick to e85 in my area anyways. After looking up e85 stations it seems they are everywhere except va and wva.

You talk a lot **** yet have not shown **** of what your car runs or can run. Its mods or anything. SO tells me that stock LS1 will get dusted.

Ya that why I am going E85. It is all over here. I will have a 93 tune also so when I travel. I can go back and forth if needed. I also like the fact I can get E85 for $2.97 a gallon. 93 is $3.87 right now. PLus running E85 is basically like running 108 oct..

idk what it runs at the track because im more of a street racer and it benefits more for people to not know what my car runs but i was bumper to bumper with a H/C/I stick camaro with a 9inch with him on bigs and skinnys and me on my 18inch street tires with the ls1 intake and hes went 11.8's with a junk *** 60ft and never took it back to the track launchin it like he did on me lol

these videos are old and the car is much much faster now but as far as mods nothin special just some stock truck heads and ebay headers and some gears

this is me racin a heads cam intake 306 coupe on slicks with me n/a on my street tires

http://www.youtube.com/user/turbomus...22/D6OS9eKMOxw

and you kinda kinda hear some screechin if you listen in this one i was peddlin it outta the hole and it still left pretty good then i flipped the kit on and pulled 2 or so cars. this was a 1/8th mile pull. i dont know much about the lt1 other than it was on radials and had a bottle on it i think.

Op nice vid, and I was expecting more out of that ZR1 but.......
However it does have symetrically opposed valves, centrally located spark plugs (2 per cylinder) and offset rockers. It's very close to the original Hemi actually.

More like .4 and 4mph on any given day at the same track.

Truthfully there is no driver's race between an R/T and a GT. GT wins almost every time.
A tuned SRT-8 will have 40rwhp on you and your extra gear hurts you badly just before the 100mph mark when it hits 4th.

The fastest bolt-on G8 GXPs have trapped 115mph, the fastest SRT-8s, 114mph. GXPs ET a little better due to lighter weight/gearing.

So wait u ran neck and neck with an 11.8 car?? And im guessing im one of the trolls that has a slow *** car. Well my car runs 11.6 NA @ full weight with 28" slicks...Car is also tuned and set up for a 200 shot...I like how you forgot to mention you have spray on ur car...If your spraying and neck and neck with an 11.8 car ur not doing anything special. Hell i went 11.4 with minor bolt ons and a 125 shot...

You think if u went with a centri blower and fast intake it would get rid of the heat soak issue?? Dont kno a whole lot about lsx stuff, just curious...

It would make for a world of difference with a centri blower and proper FMIC setup. Heat soak is always a considerable concern with positive displacement blowers such as roots, TVS and twinscrew. Daniels same car with a Procharger D1 or F1 or a turbo setup would easily be half a second quicker without much effort.

oh yeah....we swap my 2300 for a f1 procharger and a fast intake and the car would run 9s. My methanol could actually do its job and keep temps down. Instead the rotors of the maggie just eats it up
