You'd think folks would learn not to make any more "fbody vs mustang" threads. It's always the same ****. No one can agree on how fast what car is supposed to be and blah blah blah. Someone gets their feelings hurt. Etc etc etc. But it does provide me with some good entertainment so I can't complain too much.

Id like to see a impartial person compile data on both cars from 1985 to present on average quarter mile time and show who was on top in each generation

or all the way back to 64/half-65 when it all began. but thats a win light for the mustang the first few years because it was produced first

You're a tool and your car won't even start, let alone run 11's or 10's... Nobody gives a damn what it's GONNA do because it can't do it yet. You're WORKING ON reaching a goal here... Some of us reached that goal years ago, without fanfare and bragging about what it was gonna do...

As for you giving GM credit... I hadn't even noticed, or cared. I don't see anyone complaining to you about whatever good you've said about GM. If you're FOOLISHLY referring to my comment related to your statement about the drivers race... Well, I know you weren't old enough to drive then, but the facts don't give any concern about your opinion. For future reference, they never will. They ARE just that stubborn!

I was asked about my set up! no one asked you what you did 20 yrs ago. And you are correct its a fuel system away from first start up . and the goal is low 10s at some point! this is what its gonna run with 4 mods gear,cold air,pulley,exhaust. Your very simple.

and didnt say mine was faster. I said i didnt see the stang in the pic running 11s. I also never said mine was faster as it is in mid build so a slug traveling at half speed is faster at the moment. So keep on showing your intelegence saying i said something i didnt because you didnt read the post.

And for the record, anybody who looks at a small picture of a car, mis-identifies it, and then assumes it can't run a number isn't very bright. Since when can a Mach 1 with a blower not run 11s? Since that is what you thought I had. And stop spelling "intelligence" wrong.

With 4 mods... OH, EXCEPT THE 30 or so done to GET THIS ENGINE WHICH NEVER CAME IN THIS CAR... IN THE CAR....

itll run. yes there are a few mods but not as many as you think. you would be surprised how similar the two cars are for as far apart as they are in years. Im not going into detail in a thred but pm me and id be glad to tell you what they are. And yea its a swap of course its not factory 92 bolt ons thats a given . I said 4 mods on the engine and drive terrain. thats not hard to comprehend. as for the rest of the engine and trans itself they are factory ford mustang parts not factory 92 mustang parts. Did i word that good enough for everyone to understand? I keep callin it how it is as i did the first time im sorry you dont understand the obvious.

Just so you know, Irun11s has never been out of the 14s...best run down the 1320 was a high 14 IIRC.
