How much have the heads been worked? What kind of cam?
Just what it is, a bolt-on ls6 stock cam, stock heads which have never been off, 80k on it and the last 5 times at the track it has set a new best in either et or mph or both. At this point I would'nt even know what to lie about to tell you why...lol I'm always messin with the little things I guess. It weighed 3000lb w/o me on a local quarry scale. I weigh 160 dressed and it had almost 3/4 tank of gas.

The only thing I can say is the car loves to be hot lapped. I drove it up the road about 15 miles or so to get everything up to temp after I teched it in and then basically did'nt shut it off.

Somethings off imo similar 60ft lot more mph but no et improvement

I think something is off too. But what. It ran high 129 to low 130 nine times. What baffels me is why my 1/8 mph was low.

I ran less mph in the 1/8 today than usual but more in the 1/4.....and I dunno why. I did do a couple more aero mods but nothing that should've made that much difference....good air? maybe. 426 whp and Picking up 33 mph in the back half is beyond insane That trap speed is something you see with cars pushing 500whp and similar weight, but those cars are usually going 102-103 in the 1/8th. From your signature suspension and non motor drivetrain mods help out alot but damn! The only way i have ever backhalfed like like that is when I missed 3rd gear or when a car spins the whole first 1/8th then catches traction. What was the D/A? Is your local track similar In ET time and trap speed to Atco and MIR where the what seems to be impossible happens?

Most likely it's better if the Charger is left to shift for itself just like the 6.1s.

Usually it trapps 100 in the 1/8, at MIR a few weeks ago it spun in 2nd gear some and trapped 104 but ran 126.xx. Last time (the current slips) it done 97-99 in the 1/8. MIR should be a little quicker than Mason Dixon, but Dixon can have some good days. When the T&T began the da was in the negative #'s, maybe around -400 but goin up fast. When I stopped running it was about +600 +/- some and my speed had dropped to a high 129. A couple weeks ago it trapped 126.8 so I was lookin for more mph with my current aero mods....but I was'nt expecting to see a 3-3.5 mph gain.
I guess the biggest difference was being able to hot lap the car, that don't happen much and the car seems to love it.

Man 133 with a bolt on LS6 is moving!!! I know guys with LS2/LS3 swaps that are trapping those kind of speeds

It still sounds ludicrous that your car is trapping that with a bolt on LS6. It literally has to be the most powerful bolt on LS6 in existence. Lays waste to strong H/C LS1s. Is there some cam option that was available on LS6 crate motors? Your numbers make no sense.

But honestly who cares? It isn't like he would be the first person in drag racing to lie about mods.

Very true. My inner gearhead still wants to know how it is physically possible though.

No one is calling BS on what he ran

My 331 made 456rwhp with stock 170cc twisted wedge cams, B303 cam, and R intake. See how easy that was? You would have the same results, everyone and their mother would be saying "OMG HOW? I don't see how that is possible!". Fact would be it's not true, but no one could prove it.

The fucked up part is that I agree, it does sound ludicris. Hell I thought it was rockin the other week when it ran 126.8. It also ran 129.1 the same day and I thought that was a fluke. I even told Mike that in a text. But with 9 passes in the high 129 to low 130 range.....all I can say is that's what it did....and yes it is a crate ls6 with no gimmikes.

And yes I've been chasing to 10's. Hell I ran the same 11.17 last year at 124.xx. I'm baffled.
