uhhh.....they're both pushrod?

lol exactly.alot of ls stuff is aluminum block. sbf has never came with a good flowing head. ls stuff you can keep headgaskets on them. not good comparison for ford, beter keep comparing new 5.0 to ls makes ford look beter

I love the Ford diehards that come to this site and preach their bullshit. I've never looked, but I assume there's sites dedicated to Fords?

If 40HP is to be gained from that cam swap I am in it for it. I just wonder if my cam is holding me back....

I would get a ed curtis custom grind looks like it would benifit alot more especially on a 114 lsa and get in the low to mid 230s duration but ask him what he suggests

i think you want more intake duration at your boost level and a 114 lsa but i would talk to rick at afm or ed curtis. explain your exact set up to them

There are Ford site's Donnie. They get together and go to the dragstrip and all. The problem is that some of the Ford guys get bored of waiting for their Ford brotheren to finally reach the end of the 1/4 (some even fell asleep)....the ones that got bored ended up here.

ET Performance makes a great product. I have a set of their 11* 255cc LS1 heads going on to my sleeved 415-inch LS1. Their pricey though. lol
