1. Ohio is the biggest hypocrite on this "LS1" forum. ( Please do not define hypocrite for him. It will take a while but he will figure it out.)
2. Ohio's stock 5.0 just keeps getting more "stock". Well, stocked up with excuses of why he did not run the number. If he kept his big mouth shut about how fast he was going to be, his back-peddling would not be so entertaining .
3. My stock 465rwhp Z06 with terrible stock Goodyear tires is still faster than his "little bit of mods" stock 5.0. And I do not care how much less money Ohio spent to go slower.
4. Almost only counts in playing horseshoes and war hand-grenades.
5. If any other human being on this forum posted the same bullshit (if I had a converter, if my wife did buy a new TV, if Mars was not orbiting slow that day, blah blah blah), Ohio would have been the first to throw a stone.

I am done now.

I keep giving you credit Ohio, thinking you are just playing around.

Keep up with posts like that and you are going to lose all credit.

I would have responded to each posts but my multi quote is messing up.

Ohio i would figure your car with 620 whp would be breaking into the 9's, with how you always post that just bolton 5.0s run low 11's and beak into the low 120s.

LOL...At almost 4000lbs with me in its going to take more convertor and power to get to 9's. Being my manual car that could launch at 6000rpms went 11.4 at 3600lbs with me in it and 464whp. If this car could launch above 1600rpms I have no dought it would have been deep in the 10's. Car below is full weight minus wheels. It just actually ran 9.7@140. It aslo just made 840whp/724wtq. He is at 20lbs boost on a 5.0 aluminator engine(9.5:1 compression). Stall is slipping on it. I am working with tuner to help get my shift points perfect though.

They also aren't auto's. And ones that are have stalls.

Watch 11.3 video you can see car hit limiter inbetween shifts.

That 5.0 on 20#s doesn't impress me at all... Actually is slower than I would have though.

I'm not trying to get in the middle of this heated argument, but is that with near stock suspension and full weight, stock converter? Trying to compare apples to apples here is all. Just seems that when it comes to finding examples of x car doing y with only having z mods its more of the exception than the norm and often enough there is more than just the mods specified.

Maybe this track outing is catching up to the things that Ohio has been preaching the last few months. Regardless there is always more to a car's capability than just shooting for dyno numbers.

wait is your stall slipping or is the guy with 840whp slipping? Well If he is going 9.7 with 140 whp then you with over 200 whp less trapping 128 seems about right. Going deep into the 10's as you put it as in sub 10.50s and within 8 10ths of guy you mentioned and 200+whp disadvantage seems like a bit of stretch.

No not stock stall or suspension..But damn with 620whp in gto you could launch at idle and get into the 10's...and the video that he posted of that mustang running 20lbs of boost and running mid 9's is pathetic
