So I didn't run on normal tires? What kinda tires did I run on then? And when did I run on normal tires with my current mods?

JLT RAI = heavy mod
Shifter = heavy mod
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
You mean there is more than these mods that you just listed in another thread.....lmao. Nice try.

So the 5.0 walks away from a bolt on TA but then gets spanked by a stock stall auto bolt on..And nothing is funny about this?
Yet the slower one wins even thought it traps 3mph slower? In the first race OP posted it doesn't even look like the mustang was racing. 3000rpms clutch dump don't take off easy or not spin on stock tires on the street.
Oh well geuss you will have days like that. Good kill OP.

LOL @ the V6 comments. Did you bother reading the first post? I know the guy. We all laugh at his misfortune.
Same 5.0 vs a bolt on LS1 T/A:
I also ran a bone stock auto 5.0 on 28" MT's (former f-body owner) from two digs and beat him both times as well albeit door to door. That car just went 12.2 consistently but he stepped down to 26" radials.

So your SS with headers and a lid killed the 5.0 but this T/A with bolt ons got walked like that? What kind of bolt on he have, 100lb plates in the back?

The real story. I have run this 5.0 7 times and the results haven't been different. When he first got the car we did two 30 rolls and I won. He then said 30 was too high, and wanted 20 ... so a different night I did 2 20s ... have video of me pulling just as hard but it's on his Facebook. Then those 3 digs. The owner takes it like a man, but also has taken the car back to Ford to have it checked up. They even flashed the newer version of the firmware or some ****.
Now the other 2 untuned 5.0s I ran I won. My only loss was a 20 roll vs a tuned 5.0 and that was a good run, but as soon as I hit 90 he pulled around me hard by about a car and a half.
So in the end until those 5.0s are tuned ... it's a good race for a non-shitty driver (or slushbox right pedal only) LS1.

Something seems off, especially when you analyze the dyno numbers and trap times. I know anything happens on the street, but it just doesn't add up.
So OP makes 360 rwhp on a generous dyno historically?
and mustang guy makes 388rwhp on a stingy dyno?
Yet OP rolls out and puts a pretty decent distance on the mustang with both cars launching clean enough?
Simple physics would call bullshit, lol.
If something seems off then it probably isnt true.
Or the mustang guy is short shifting and cant maximize his powerband?
Or OP is being "modest" about his mods, lol.

Nothing modest. Still under 50k on the motor. I am the third owner, and the second owner did nothing to the car, he bought it at 4-5k, and I bought it with 15k. The passenger said the Mustang driver was hitting the shifts clean, and didn't **** up. I asked him.
For giggles the tuned 5.0 that beat me only made 360 something on a Mustang dyno. I think his 388 is way too high.
It just proves dyno's are silly. Trap times albeit more consistent and telling can also lead to crazy things like this.

dynos are bullshit, really they are. especially a direct comparison of 2 different cars on two different dynos on 2 different days. Besides not all mustang dynos read low. ive have heard on more then one occasion where a mustang dyno facility have alterered their corrections to read along lines of a dynojet because of upset customers. i have also heard of some dynojets reading lower then a mustang dyno as odd as it sounds. Whats that mean? dynos are bullshit.
