i don't really think it matters one way or the other if you were spraying. the op doesn't seem to care. he had fun running you. If the race had come out the other way, and it was him spraying, there'd be no speculation at all.

No spray, 5.0 was on street tires. What does an L99 camaro trap 110? Tune/gear 5.0 will go 115-117. That why he rolls past its not hard to believe. Im an lsx guy but damn between the Gm nutswingers on here and the Ford nutswingers on svtp its hard to even read these dumbass threads.

Definately looks like the Mustang was spraying, fell to far behind on the hit not to be. I would think with 4.11s he would start pulling instantly. Either way nice runs.

Don't run that BS by a fellow 5.0 owner. No way you're trapping 117 in an A6 with a tune as your only mod. The last time you made that claim it turned out the car had a couple more things done to it. We've already been here before. I won't entertain this non-sense.

I have a question.
I went just over 118mph(118.1), tune and tires only. OEM airbox. (a week later in 2000' worse air, I went high 116 [116.9])
WBT did the same.
Omcar went mid 117, same mods.
uncle phil went low to mid 117, tune and OEM tires, OEM airbox.
Where are all the 118-119MPH tune, CAI, and tire cars?
Do they not post their times, or do they not participate in any web-forums?
I see 117mph times from cars using an aftermarket CAI, but maybe I'm not reading the right boards.

Those times above were done with a kdanner tune, a Livernois tune, a Lund tune, and a Bama tune- so it's not like we're all in the same boat.
